实木橱柜全自动喷漆生产线：
       录相拍自大连广通家具有限公司——宜家专业供应商，生产中的产品为实木橱柜板，要求为PU和水性UV开放漆喷涂。配置了共三套生产线，分别为喷色、喷底和喷面漆。每套生产线配置了上料输送台、粉尘清除机、往覆式全自动喷漆机、流平干燥机、立体UV干燥机和收料输送机，可对NC、PU、UV和水性漆四种不同种类油漆的喷涂生产。开放漆的要求较为宽松，机器的维护也非常方便，特别适合大批量的出口产品生产。
