Conveying system：
·  Machine equip with a piece of original PE conveying rubber belt, which is static resistance, wearable, easy to change and clean。
·  Conveying belt clean include two sections, the first section is scraping the overspray on the belt to collect system, the second section is dipping in the conveying belt and clean the belt surface, then to wipe the and air blow the belt。
·  The overspray paint scraped from the belt and recycled to the collect box, if it is belong to recovered paint material, it would recycle to use。
·  Cleaning system adopt precise design and operation which would lower the solvent consumption at the least。

·  Spray carriage adopt two set supports, which install 4+4 spray guns for the work pieces at different angle。 
·  Spray system equip with 8 PCS France Kremlin medium pressure air-mixed spray guns match one set piston pump。
·  Spray carriages device is driven by Japanese YASKAWA brand servo motor to make sure the coating precision。
·  Spray room entrance equip with a PCS USA Brand photoelectron curtain scanning system, which suit work pieces shape and size and would send the work pieces message to PLC programmer director, so as to control the spray machine start or stop work and save the paint material consumption。
·  The spray parameter enactment prior by the operator through touch screen control system, which is easy to control and show the machine work state, so as to know the machine moving action。
·  Pressure device and air hose device special design to make sure the air in the spray guns equality and air flux adjusted by the pressing valve.
· Air inlet pimple match with double filters device to make sure the air clean before come into spray room, air exhaust filter device to make sure the dust paint filter clean after come out。
