· Machine adopts Sanding rack elevator and working table fixed, to make the production line work table in the same level。
·  Rubber rollers adopts 20-40 degree nature wearable rubber rollers, sanding belts running adjusted by frequency converter, which suitable various paint and eliminate marks。
·  Machine equip with a precision regulation system between the rubber roller and the plane pieces, to reduce the rubber impact because of the panel distortion。
·  Machine adopts USA 3# polished wheel which would eliminate the marks after precise sanding and would get high gloss smooth effect after primer sanding。
·  Machine body adopts cast steel wedding, heavy body to make machine run stability. Work table lifting adopts four posts synchronized lifting frame to reduce tolerance and increase precision。
·  Conveying belt adopts high elasticity belt, which is good for controlling the sanding quantity, propriety distortion or uneven, thickness discrepancy board also could be processed。
·  Conveying belt adopts circular belt which makes the material delivered strong and not be slipping; imported seamless transmission belt will ensure defect-free between junction.。
·  Press conveying adopt press roller or press pad structure which would process the serious distortion panel。
·  performance stability, the sensor can detect the sanding belt running orbit；In addition, there

is device to amend running control and process stable sanding work without damaging sanding belt

·  Machine equips with emergency stop, edge run emergency stop , pressure inadequate protection stop, electricity protection and door open protection unit. If there are abnormal, dilapidation, low pressure and blackout, the machine will be stopped in several seconds。
·  Sanding belt equips with compressing air cooling unit to clean and cool down the sanding belt and increase the use life。
·  According to the requirement, machine equip with vacuum suction system to eliminate the top and bottom terminal sanding out。
·  According to different requirement, the machine install the different dust brushes at the pieces exit。
