Steel brushing structure

· Mache adopts steel brush rack lift model to make it convenient for different thickness work piece adjustment；
· Steel brush rack can adopt sanding belt wheel, non-woven wheel, wire wheel or brass wires wheel ,accord the production need。
· When steel brush in high speed rotation, also can reciprocate move to get different effect。
· The machine adopts cast structure, rigidity，reduce shock，no deformation。
· Conveying belt adopts ring non-slip belt which makes the material delivered strong and not beslipping; Imported seamless transmission belt will ensure defect-free between junctions；
· Press conveying adopt press roller or press pad structure which would process the serious distortion panel。
· Reliable security: there are safety covers in steel brush rack to avoid dust pollution mean while protect the safety of operation。
· Machine equips with emergency control device. If there are abnormal situation, the machine will stop emergently。
