UV lamps system

· Machine adopted aluminum alloy mirror reflect sheeting to increase the light intension, High pressure mercury ultraviolet light lamps and reflect sheeting to make the light intension at optional and reflect sheeting to reflect 99% light. At the meantime, high strength capacitance and transformer to make the UV lamps work stability and use life longer.。
· Lamps can equip with quartz heat insulation device which would obstruct the infrared ray to emit at the work pieces, so as to lower the work pieces surface temperature。
· Lamp box adopt air inlet and air outlet cooling model, the air blowing produced by strong motor。
· Conveying adopt stainless steel net belt, roller or pole conveyor, speed with frequency conversion. Cooling system and temperature detect instrument to control the machine inside temperature, so as to make the belt not distorted in high temperature condition。
· Machine equip with emergency stop switch, lateral doors are easy to open, this design is good for lamps change and repair, the UV lamp will turn off if the machine meet accident。
· Lateral sheeting, entrance sheeting equip with ultraviolet ray protection membrane, to avoid the ray leak。
