UV lamps system  
·  Machine adopted aluminum alloy mirror reflect sheeting to increase the light intension, High pressure mercury ultraviolet light lamps and reflect sheeting to make the light intension at optional and reflect sheeting to reflect 99% light. At the meantime, high strength capacitance and transformer to make the UV lamps work stability and use life longer。
·  Knighthead device with gemel adjust the UV position easy, according to difference linear shape adjust UV lamps, it would get different drying result。
·  Lamps can equip with quartz heat insulation device which would obstruct the infrared ray to emit at the work pieces, so as to lower the work pieces surface temperature。
·  Independently three-demission design system would dry the work pieces two sides and surface at the same time. If you chose to install one lamp at bottom, it would dry the work pieces bottom coating to avoid the UV coating not。
·  Lamp box adopt air inlet and air outlet cooling model, the air blowing produced by strong motor。
· Big size drying room design for UV lamp to control the best temperature and make sure the largest power output。
·  Independent ventilator, air inlet and air outlet exchange to get UV cooling effect, air supply and air exhaust controlled by valve。
·  Air strength control to make sure the machine body pressure inside, to avoid lamps and curing condition clean.
·  Conveying adopt stainless steel net belt, roller or pole conveyor, speed with frequency conversion. Cooling system and temperature detect instrument to control the machine inside temperature, so as to make the belt not distorted in high temperature condition。
·  Machine equip with emergency stop switch, lateral doors are easy to open, this design is good for lamps change and repair,  the UV lamp will turn off if the machine meet accident.。
· Lateral sheeting, entrance sheeting equip with ultraviolet ray protection membrane, to avoid the ray leak。
